In this project I – Noortje – try to write and speak into the silence surrounding experiences of sexual violence. Based mainly on autoethnography, I aim to open up space for talking about these experiences in order to create awareness and provide legitimacy and resonance for victims/survivors. Some of the poetry was published as part of a chapter in an edited book about Writing Differently in Organization Studies (see here). I have also self-published a short collection of poetry.
